I'm a new patient and the staff called me that I had a referral and to make a appointment with I did I called back to verify the receptionist said I have to wait on a referral and I said you have it already she put me on hold and came back and said I see you have a appointment on such and such date . I said I was trying to tell you that.  She had a attitude from the beginning  I hope when I see the doctor he is a 
Good doctor..

My mother got some vein treatments done here.  She was satisfied with the vein treatment.
However, my mom was extremely dissatisfied with being told a 'different story' about her insurance on visit #2 than the first visit.   
If this doctor's staff can not verify insurance properly -  that's his problem!
So they charged my mom alot more money than she was quoted on visit #1.

I am a physician myself, in Orlando.  I know insurance can be tricky.
But if (my) staff makes a mistake on insurance matters --  (I) eat the costs!  It sucks, believe me...  it has happened at my clinic more than i would like to.

After the surgical procedure,  she was told there would be a 'follow up' visit (which is standard),  and that there would be NO charge for the follow up consultation visit.
She was ordered to pay for this visit too!?!!

I don't know if this doctor is a crook,  or his staff is simply stupid ---  but this is mistake after mistake,  which costs my mother hundreds of dollars beyond what she was quoted!

I simply can not recommend this doctor.   If you need vein treatments in Palm Coast or Ormond Beach -   find someone else!
