The Plumbing Joint is really professional and very competitive in their pricing. We had a lot of plumbing work required around our home, due to it's age, and a renovation we were going through. The Plumbing Joint was able to send some guys out within a day. They assessed the work in person, gave a quote which was half of what another local plumbing group had estimated, immediately set to work, and completed everything efficiently and professionally. When they left a few things needed to be adjusted. I called their office, and the guys returned in a half hour to complete the adjustments. I highly recommend the Plumbing Joint and would absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

My husband and father in law spent 3 hours snaking the rain line to my clogged kitchen sink. The 25 foot snake just wasn't doing the job. 7 am on Monday morning I called and by 9 am Stan was here to use a 75 foot snake. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He did take a while to set up (over 10 minutes)... and paying $56 every 15 minutes that kinda made me frustrated. The clogged drain was found over 50 feet in the pipe. Then I was recommended a bio enzyme drain build up remover that was marked at $34.95 and then when he went to charge me for it it rang up at $50 so he called the office and the office was not going to budge on charging me the amount that was marked on the bottle. (Department of weights and measures issue) so I did not take the enzyme build up cleaner. Overall a good thorough job, pleased with the work done just wish it could have been done a little faster. Plus I was charged a cable usage fee($25) for the snake which I think is ridiculous because they have that tool there all the time and I'm ready being charged $56 every 15 minutes after the initial $99 house call fee which is insane (I want to make $200 an hour too). Over $320 and 1 hour to have a sink again. 💸🙂💸

We LOVE the Plumbing Joint! We use them at our home as well as a rental home. They are polite professional and on time. All charges are explained ...no surprises! We wouldn't use anyone else.

We had quite the plumbing debacle to tackle this past summer and were unfortunately left high and dry (well...not dry...) by our previous plumber. After many attempts to contact them, we reached out to Facebook for referrals from friends. And thank goodness we did! We got multiple bids from different companies, and the Plumbing Joint not only came in under all of those bids, but they were more responsive and much more approachable. We were incredible over our heads with the size of this plumbing issue, and Buddy was understanding, knowledgeable, and patient as he dealt with all of our questions. The guys who came out to work on our water line were friendly and very helpful. We felt the whole team at The Plumbing Joint was going out of their way to make sure we saved as much as possible and made the best long-term decisions for our home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Especially Buddy - who was always responsive and friendly. We now recommend them to everyone! I am so thankful to the friend who sent us Buddy's way. And thankful we found The Plumbing Joint!

I just got screwed over by The Plumbing Joint. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was was charged over $800 dollars for two hours of "work." I had to pay Tony, the plumber, for 45 minutes of him not being able to put a drain snake through the pipes plus pay for his helper to watch him struggle. And he ,Tony, admit that he didn't even really fix the problem. I really feel like i got robbed. Take the time and do it yourself and if you not the type of person that can do it yourself. Find a plumber that will do it for a set price. DO NOT CALL The Plumbing Joint.
