I've been to pump house a few times and was convincing a large group of Chiefs fans to make this our game day spot. Not anymore. When you ask a bartender do you have Coke or Pepsi I expect an answer not "here it is you tell me." Well I coundnt tell what watered down coke taste like. Then doubling down on it asking me if my Coke/Pepsi was good. Well never step foot into this establishment again. At least now I know what an unprofessional bartender looks like. Thanks Pump House.

The place is great! I've tried all kinds of items off of the menu and have yet to have anything bad! Friendly service and a nice place! Just renovated the whole place and it looks great! Prices aren't bad either! TV's everywhere and room to move around. Two thumbs up from this guy!! 👍👍 Or 5 ⭐️'s either way it's definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I had eaten here before and had good food and good service. However, I was on a bus with ladies Saturday night ( about 30 of us), and we stopped in. From the minute we walked in the door, they treated us very rude. The worst was how they treated the 50-somethings in our group. Our crime? A few of us came in carrying the stainless tumblers with ice in them! I tried showing the guy yelling at me that mine was only ice and he grabbed it and instantly dumped it. So when I ordered a beer, I asked them to put ice in it since I like my beer really cold. Seriously, I AM a customer! They actually chased down a couple of ladies like they were criminals, trying to grab their cups. It was very embarrassing! We were ready to leave immediately, but a few ladies had already ordered drinks. One patron who said he was a regular, actually apologized for what happened, and he kindly paid for a round of drinks for the entire group. We then did stay for another round that we purchased, and I think we could have had a lot of fun there had they not dampened the spirit of the night so quickly. My friends daughter is getting married and we had a very well-behaved group of ladies just wanting to celebrate, listen to some music and maybe dance a little. The band who was playing were very friendly to us. Just a shame that hardly anyone in the group had ever been here, and they won't likely return.

We went there for lunch on a Wednesday. The place was lively and quite busy. 

The food was good but not out of the ordinary. I took the Batter Dipped Cod Sandwich. It was suppose to come with tartar sauce, but it was missing. I asked the server for it, but it never came. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food.

Don't care for new steak sandwich. Should be a piece of steak in a bun, not cut up strips. Sly way of making a cheap cut of meat acceptable. Also, if swiss is part of sandwich , please use the cheese and not some sauce. Bartenders continue to favor their friends over other customers.
