Chophouse is a staple in our Edwardsville dining rotation. They offer high quality, upscale food, in a non-pretentious setting. After dining here dozens of times, I can't think of a negative experience I had. The staff is always professional and attentive without being intrusive. The food is high quality, delicious, and interesting. I love going to Chophouse for lunch and dinner. They offer brunch. It is good but doesn't stand out in the way that their other offerings do.

Wonderful, upscale place to have dinner. My husband and I chose to sit at the bar and order off the appetizer menu. We enjoyed to the crab cakes and the Poke. Lots of selection, and we were not disappointed. Great for date night. Cocktails were superb! Waitstaff were all charming and helpful. Worth the splurge.

The menu is pleasing and foods are delicious. The service is great, professional and timely. Groups of 2 usually can get a place without the wait even on busy days like school kids' prom or graduation. Some other clients will be looking at you judgingly if you're young and you dress freely, but nothing as bad as to ruin the day :)

The food was absolutely divine. I would come back many, many times. Thank you so much for the birthday Crème brûlée. It was outstanding!

The food here is fabulous. Service is not at prompt as I would like but it's not bad.
