I was in chico for day met friends here to eat. I ordered 4 sandwiches , my daughter does not eat meat so I ordered veggie without bacon or chicken, and few other items. The lady who rang us up was rude, condescending and very very non caring. .The grill was not very busy but our food took about 15 20 minute,  then we got our food she completely disregarded my daughter's sandwich and made her sandwich with chicken and bacon. Ok no biggie I'm already over bill was 38.00 customer service rude, and I got to get back to redding. So I took sandwich up to counter with sandwich order that was handed to me with receipt. Same lady rudely said where is the sandwich I know I have it to you, I'm like fuming at this point like we're all eating except my daughter what did I hide it really. So she finally made it threw it on our table and walked off. I will never ever ever visit this place again. Over priced, and does not care about their customers.

I was trying to find a place to eat at around 8:00 PM and this was the only place open. It was the first time I had ever been to Pluto's and got a sandwich and mac and cheese. The service was very quick but I was ultimately underwhelmed by the food. It was fairly bland and the Mac and cheese was okay but nothing to call home about. Of the options it is okay but I'd rather eat elsewhere if given the opportunity.

My picture doesn't look appetizing but trust me, it was delicious. Also all that food is just the HALF salad! The food is good and it tastes real. Eating here is like eating that delicious thing you'd love to make if you had the patience of your mom or grandma. 

Delicious, easy, well priced.
