The REBEL Workout, Denver’s outpost for HIIT training and healthy living. We believe in a way of life rooted in wellness that includes fitness diversity, healthy nutrition, and community. Our tribe is close knit and we like to have as much fun as possible.
We prize technique and safety, and believe in training HARD and getting REAL healthy results. We insure that you are treated to the country's best instructors trained to deliver an experience like no other, and personal attention no matter what your level.

The Rebel Workout is a special place. I've been to lots of fitness studios, both in Denver and elsewhere, and I can't remember the last time I saw one where every detail was so well thought out. The space is beautiful and so efficiently used, the equipment is well cared for and organized, the variety of classes is great to keep people (and their bodies) interested, but in my opinion what really sets Rebel apart is their  instructors. They're welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating, and authentic.

Rebel offers a variety of class options and even if you take the same class over and over it is always a different workout. The workouts are the right level of challenging and empowering. The trainers are excellent - very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Rebel to a friend

The instructors are extremely motivational and upbeat. I've gone to a lot of Alejandra and Michael's classes and they are always positive and make you feel good about working out. They're always watching to make sure you're using the correct form and more than willing to help you find modifications for workouts when you have an injury. Would definitely recommend others to take Rebel classes.

This is the kind of place that makes you feel like family, part of the tribe. And they have a wonderful variety of classes, workshops, and so much more. They are always coming up with some creative fun new idea /class. Even for people like me that have old injuries to work through. So grateful I found d this gem of a gym!

Rebel is where it's at! The trainers are very knowledgeable and have helped me improve my body awareness a great deal. I've become significantly stronger since finding Rebel. I can finally do more than 10 lunges without being so sore the next day that I can't walk! Thanks, Rebel :)
