I've been going to CF720 for over 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The coaches are excellent and the programming is outstanding. The focus is always on good form over strength and on good nutrition and mechanics. No muscle group is battered too much in a week, and the workouts are so varied that aside from hero WODs, I don't think I've done the same workout twice.

I've been a client at 720 for over 3 years and love it. Great coaches and community. Thoughtful programming. Best gym in downtown Denver.

I was a member here for about a year. 720 had great social aspects and community. New equipment and despite being a small space things are formatted efficiently. During my time there programming was more “ninja-focused,” light-fast WODs. However, regardless of your skill level, you might get one or two coaching points, per lunar eclipse. I am a CF-L2 and I've been a member of a handful a boxes and I've done countless drop-ins. Shop your box carefully.

While on another business trip but this time to Denver, I did three drop-ins to CrossFit 720. I met with coach April, and felt right at home immediately. She is so cool! This box is extremely clean and neat. It also has top of the line equipment. Definitely a place I'll go back to when I return for a visit. Thanks coach! I had a blast and will wear your t-shirt with pride! Fred.
