LOOK AT ALL THE BILLING, ACCOUNTING AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND YELP! Horrible club. All this place cares about is sales sales sales. I have attempted for 5 months to cancel my membership and they will not do it. I had no long term contract and I have filled out the forms in person several times. I have had email communication and also phone calls. They continue to say. I am so so sorry let me get this fixed for you.... and NOTHING. every time you call to ask for management, they are in meetings. EVERY TIME.. if you leave a message. No return call. Think twice before joining this club. It is way over price for the quality and cleanliness! They don't let you out and are dumb enough to try and up sell you when you cancel. Awful!!

This review is directed towards Caitlin McGowan, Sales Manager. Was working with Tyler for weeks trying to get my membership canceled while being across the country due to work relocation and could not get anywhere. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, he said that I could get in touch with his boss, Caitlin. Left numerous messages with the front desk, voicemails and emails with no response. Long story short, this gym cares about SALES, not customer experience or holding themselves accountable. Do yourself a favor and choose another gym.

I joined Colorado Athletic Club almost a year ago. I love the cleanliness of the club and the great classes. I started taking the HRT classes which is a great workout in 45 minutes. I knew I needed something a little more to motivate myself- that is where I met trainer Patricia. I have been training with her since April and I couldn’t be happier! She has pushed me and motivated me when I needed it the most! She is an incredible trainer and extremely knowledgeable; I look forward to training with her every week. I would highly recommend Patricia as your next trainer to help challenge you, and reach your fitness goals!

Well run, very clean. +1 on adding the extra squat rack! Recently has become very overcrowded. Needless to say, Menver is alive and well at this location.

I'm confused by all the negative reviews. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! It is busy during the rush but I've never been a member of a good gym that isn't busy during peak hours, which usually makes me think that this is a good place to be. Even with it being busy it is the cleanest gym I've ever been too, which for me is the most important thing I look for. The staff is really friendly. I wish there were more mirrors, but the trade off is the great views and natural light. I've taken a few of the Peak Classes with Matt and Patricia, they are an awesome workout. Would recommend this gym and the classes. Locker rooms are great, always clean, have towels, and some really nice amenities.
