LOOK AT ALL THE BILLING, ACCOUNTING AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE REVIEWS BOTH HERE AND YELP!!!!!

 Horrible club. All this place cares about is sales sales sales. I have attempted for 5 months to cancel my membership and they will not do it. I had no long term contract and I have filled out the forms in person several times. I have had email communication and also phone calls. They continue to say.  I am so so sorry let me get this fixed for you.... and NOTHING. every time you call to ask for management, they are in meetings. EVERY TIME.. if you leave a message. No return call. 

Think twice before joining this club. It is way over price for the quality and cleanliness! They don't let you out and are dumb enough to try and up sell you when you cancel.

Please set up an option for automated payment plans. I need to call in and give my credit card info each month? It's 2018..... 2, 0, 1.....8! Get with it y'all! Nobody got time

Good enough gym, but overpriced and poor customer service. Remember, no matter how many years ago you signed up for your membership, and regardless of what front desk staff told you three weeks ago, you must cancel your membership 30 days prior. Three weeks is not enough time for incompetent staff to cancel membership. I’d go to the neighborhood rec for a quarter of the price.

I ended up not being able to join their membership - however they still deserve 5 stars after the thoughtful tour and follow-ups I received from Brittany. Great people working here! :)

Best gym in Denver in this price range. Period. 
Also to all these crybabies about their accounts/billing/hate speech about the owners... I'm sorry, but it is literally the easiest thing to do to cancel and account. They don't bill you extra if you do everything correctly. If you don't pay attention to emails regarding your issue or ALL of the info they give you upon signing up (which covers EVERYTHING these angry people are complaining about) then it might be more difficult. Bad mouthing owners or operators simply because you don't like them personally is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. This gym is great for the price and location with professional staff across the board. It's never overcrowded when I go there and I never have issues with other gym goes on any front. Also, this is a nice gym. It's not ok to throw equipment around and that doesn't mean anyone is a snowflake because they value respect. Go to crossfit if you want to be loud.
