I’ve stayed here before, but this recent visit was a banger. Although valet doesn’t accommodate busses, the staff was swift to secure the new large gapping hole in the front. The building itself is very sturdy and another guest didn’t even feel the building shake on impact. Things weren’t so Ritzy this night but, at least everyone was relatively ok
I always enjoy coming here because it’s walking distance to everything you need, including grocery shopping, sports and entertainment. Etc. The biggest thing that I’d like to see for a 5 star review is that when I come here, the spa is never open!!! I travel often for work and I am always looking for the spa amenities. This was the third time I’ve come and the spa wasn’t available. Because of that, I was able to find a nice spa about 20 minutes away which I have also reviewed and loved!
I think this is a fantastic high-quality spa. I especially enjoyed the steam room. My one critique is that I had a massage therapist who waited until my session started to use the restroom. I sat there for 5 minutes on the table, and when you are there, you are paying for every minute of time in the room. She said it would not affect my massage time, but I guess she didn't think I'd be looking at the clock because she did not make up the time she was gone for. Everything else about the spa was fantastic.
Love this hotel! First time here! Great location, cozy seats & set-up. The food, 5 stars! Melanie was the chef & she came out to say hello! So far everything, including the coffee is awesome. The lounge is comfortable, like a friendly family room. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean.
The massage was wonderful and the staff were all fantastic - but the quality of the establishment was underwhelming with little to no “luxury” feel at all. The arrival for the hotel is mediocre with poor valet service and no one greeting, then the spa itself is only on the second floor with no views and nothing notable about it. Such a waste and a true failure for a “luxury brand” in terms of experience and in terms of leaving customers feeling “wowed” by the space Price comes nowhere near being matched by the experience.
Okay so Keillor just helped me put together the best package for my Valentines and his customer service was 5 stars. Like, the enthusiasm he has for his job is so inspiring.
One of the best sports massages I've ever had!! Excellent staff, tranquil environment. The spa rooms have a relaxing lighting and soothing music. The furniture is not only beautiful, but feel as though your on a cloud.
Every time we walk into this place it's like we've died and gone to heaven. Best hot stone massage in town, hubby swear by the deep tissue, their peels and mask rejuvenate not only your skin but your soul!! Everyone is pleasant and happy. Best place to get pampered!!
Horrible, I usually get myself a grapefruit juice there while waiting for my mom to get her nails done. We've been coming for quite some time, and I asked for grapefruit juice like usual but they didn't have it this time. I feel like a fool, just drinking orange juice.
I appreciate the thorough follow up leading up to my appointment. My wife enjoyed the massage and champagne medicine and pedicure.
