Only thing good about this place is their tires, never had a bad vibe about this company till today. Had a check engine light pop up, went to autozone to scan it and they said it was an easy fix and that I had to replace the air check valve on my car, which is a 50$ part. I got to tire choice and explained my situation and asked to if they can get the part and install it, and he said "my mechanic will take a look and they'll see what's wrong with it." Perfect, all the sudden the manager starts saying it's the whole air pump that's bad which is 350$ and 100$ to install. Then says the O2 sensors are bad which is 150$ which I know for a fact they aren't. So I told him not to do it, it was a simple fix but he tried to slap all these others things on me which my assumption is it looks better for his sales numbers. Worst part is I had to pay for them to scan it and I walked out with noting done. Never had an issue in the past but I don't appreciate getting ripped off.

Fantastic service and honest appraisal of your vehicle.  They go though the process of actually showing you what is wrong with your vehicle and explaining why it's important.  I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

They wanted $1700 to replace a wheel. We refused and got a second opinion. Another shop fixed everything for $193 (and that's not a typo). They try to sway you by acting they like genuinely care, but they only thing they genuinely care about is ripping you off. Unless you know everything about cars and can argue their case, I would highly recommend you avoid this place. (Also charged nearly $600 for two new tires. Seriously?)

Last March my tire blew out on my way to visit my grandmother in the ICU after she was in a fatal car accident.  I called this Tire Choice in a panic with no knowledge of how to put my spare on.  Long story short, the most good-hearted man drove to where I had pulled off the road, changed my blown out tire, and had me follow him back to the repair shop location where he changed my tire in under 10 minutes and sent me on my way north to visit my grandma.  This person not only defined what is excellent customer service, but he also restored so much lost hope for humanity. I feel terrible that I can't remember his name (Tim... Gary?), but I hope he (and his boss) reads this and knows he earned a special spot in my heart that day... and that I've recommended lots of Boynton friends to this Tire Choice since!  A remarkable business with hometown values.

Called and spoke with "Dev" - inquired about patching a tire and he gave me a very good quote...I called three other places and his price beat everyone else by 50%!!! A little worried initially but job was done very well and I'm more than happy with their service.
