Even though they couldn’t replace my battery because of a broken terminal clamp, the gentleman who was helping me called around to several repair shops in the area to see who could help me.  They are always very nice and helpful at this autozone.

Strike 2 !  needed a battery in my key fob. they wouldn't open it to see what battery it was or change it out.  O'rielly's I didn't need to ask!  they did it right then.   ditch this autozone

Had to have seen me struggling to put a bulb in my nightmare of a volvo. Were out sev times and did not offer to help. Forget about this place.
