I use this location to ship video production kits back to Atlanta. As always Brett's staff is on top of things and always welcoming On my last visit they were extremely busy with the Christmas gift rush. They know I come in with prepaid labels, and took 15 seconds to process my kit and send me on my way, while waiting for other customers to process thru the system. If only everyone approached customer service in this manner. One of the other businesses in this same strip could learn a lot by observing how Brett and his staff handle customers.

Great people and great service. They call their customers by name and could not be nicer. They are my office away from the office. Because of them, I can get lots of work done I would not otherwise be able to do.

The employees are always most helpful and friendly. I enjoy going to the PV UPS store. They do all of my color printing projects - booklets, flyers, pictures - in a very professional manner.
