This is a place where customer service went to die. I stopped in after a flat tire to ask about a tire repair. Clearly it was a busy day and the manager at the front desk couldn't have been more obnoxious in letting me know that they couldn't get to my repair anytime soon.
Do yourself a favor (like I did) and go across the street to Tires Plus. They know the value of customer service.

Estimated 1 hour for a simple air leak, after waiting for an hour my car was still upfront. When I asked  what is going on Guy name Kyle start making smart a** comments like there is a line I can not jump over ...etc. how about learn how to estimate or hire more mechanics?

I walked in alone ( I am a single woman) for the first time, I don't know much about cars, the gentelman at the front desk answered my 100 million questions with no hesitation gave me good advices to maintain my car in good shape. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. The mecanics in the shop  were also very friendly, answered all my questions and won't try to push services that you don't need. I was in an out in 1 hr for oil change and fluid replacement along with new tires!! This is defenitely my new place to go. Good job guys!!

This place really used to have good customer service.  However, last visit, I went for oil change/tire rotation.  They had my vehicle all day (8-5pm).  When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready so I waited.  Then, when they brought it around, I noticed tires hadn't been rotated.  Had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to take it back and rotate tires which should have been done initially.  It's really a shame because the only competition for them is Tires Plus whose service is terrible (1 star).  All they need to do is have average service and they would have lots of repeat customers.  Instead, I am taking across town to Tire Kingdom Mandarin (less convenient for me) but great service every time
