Customer service is always great and I always feel confident knowing my car is well put together afterwards. My family and I have always gone to this TiresPlus for all our car servicing needs. Yes, they will always try and upsell you stuff but that's part of their work and it's not hard to say no to their services, politely. I see a lot of people also complain about wait times,  but I've never had a problem. Anywhere I go, I always expect about an hour wait time for an oil change which isn't a huge deal at all. I now live out in St. Augustine, but I'm happy to make the drive out to their shop for continuous services.

If you are looking for fake customer service where they act like robots and "recommend" things you don't need and do a quick, half assed job, go elsewhere. They give it to you straight here, knowledgeable staff and yes, it takes a awhile to finish. I would rather have the job done right the first time, then have them rush and miss important details on caring for your car. They have a new guy named Nick C. Who is extremely down to earth and will give you the truth, along with great service!

This is awesome place that don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. Everyone is extremely professional and polite. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation on my Expedition. I will definitely be back.

So i go in for a tire rotation and balance. Im told to be there between 7-8am. Get there & the guy tells me it would be an hour or so. I let him know that i waa told to be there at a certain time & gives me an attitude cause he has 1 tech there.(so he says). Then he tells me my truck has ball bearings issues. Asked me if i have someone that works on my truck. I said no its okay just write it on the paperwork. As he's walking away, he's shaking his head and makes facial expression like 'im not writing it". This same guy is the one that was on a call saying if the person would buy tires from him, he would warranty the work. Ive been this store is bad but i never had a bad experience till now. I regret buying my tires from this store. Updared..paperwork says lower ball joints (bad play).
