My wife needed to send my father his hearing aid batteries because he left town to visit my relatives in Virginia without them.  There was a problem with UPS and a problem with my father.  Josh at the Pittsford Plaza store worked everything out.  He went far and above his responsibilities to see that the package arrive where it needed to be.  He must have been in 5 or more conversation to facilitate the needed outcome.  Thanks Josh.  We've always had a good experience at this location but this was exceptional.

This is my store - I have been doing business with these folks for over 25 years, and always found them to be very good, often excellent. Lately, their store manager, Chris Schramm, has been the star for us. He is simply the best! He gives us friendly, personal service, and excellent attention to detail. He gets 5 stars every time. Thanks, Chris!

I came in on May 26th totally frazzled and a tad snippy.  I wish I could remember the names of the 3 staff members working that day.  They were absolutely fabulous!  They calmed me down. They were so patient with me and they helped me complete something I had spent 3 weeks trying to finish.  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated all 3 of them!  Really excellent customer service at this store and I highly recommend this store.  Thanks to you all for helping me when I was at my end.
