I was on vacation.  My mailbox filled up and my house sitter didn't notice.  Packages i had ordered were thought lost.  No note was left by the post office saying they were there.   I called Amazon; they said the packages were at the post offics.  I went into the post office and the workers were just jerks.  One guy was showing me what a usps package looks like because he was sure the packages weren't there and I was confused with ups.  The packages ended being there after Amazon was more helpful than these jerks and had me call Steve who confirmed the packages were there.  Thanks Steve but some of your co-workers are just flat out rude.

We don't do mails here anymore.  Seems like staff are not happy with their jobs.  We go the East Rochester branch now. What a big difference in the atmosphere!!!

It seems like we have a phone-answering issue. I have been calling for the past hour and NOBODY is answering the phone. I'm calling because an employee left all the boxes open in our apartment complex, leaving everyone's mail out in the open. Horrible customer service...

I called today & someone answered the phone immediately. The person was very friendly & answered my question which saved me a trip to the post office!
