I come to get free air. Very fast. If I need a tire my pricing is fair. I love the service, cool drinks of water are in the mini fridge. The magazines are curent and kept clean. Hot coffee available if that's your thing. My business car gets great service.

Andy was very nice and helpful.
There was a shake when we drove and they checked all tires, Reba lances them and rotated them and now it rides much better... Thanks guys!

Don’t bother making an appointment because they clearly don’t understand the purpose behind it. I bought tires here about two months ago, bought the insurance protection etc. I was told I could con in every 6,000 miles for a tire rotation. I made an appointment a week before to do the tire rotation. Come and drop it at 8:45. At 9:30 after having seen cars come after me get serviced first I got to find out what going on ten minutes later my car gets taken in. Now I’m late for my 10:00 she’ll appointment at Pep boys. What a joke. On the plus side it looks like if you’re buying tires like I did a few months ago, you get serviced right away.

Well after having the service performed, the service tech apologized and said their was an issue with their system. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because of that I’ll bump it to three stars. That still doesn’t change the fact that I was late to my shell alignment appointment.

With an appointment this afternoon, Oscar was able to rotate my tires within 30 minutes.  Well done Oscar, you're the man!  Respectfully Jake

The assistant manager insisted that i brought in stolen tires and he wasn't going to honor the certificate I bought with original purchase. After some time the wheels were replaced free of charge and I am satisfied with my new tires.
