Very convenient- although I just dropped off a prepaid package - the man who helped me was quick. In and out.
I would've given it 5 stars bc I have no complaints, except I should've gotten a receipt that the package was taken- but I also blame myself bc I didn't ask for one. I'm not sure if I should have to.
Anyway, the store is neat, large and staff knowledgeable.

Went there this afternoon to make some copies and notarized a letter .
The 2 men working there could not have been more courteous and helpful to us and other customers in store.they should be commended to the
Ups corporate office .
Even if it's more expensive than usps it's definitely worth it.

I paid $63 to get a package wrapped and double boxed for shipment.  The package arrived completely broken and the person who received it said that she has never seen anything wrapped so poorly and of course it was completely ruined and broken.  I called and asked for the money back and received no understanding but the owner said they are wonderful wrappers--they are greedy and completely unreasonable and not good business people to want a regular customer to walk away feeling completely ripped off.  They did however, offer me $9 for the cost of the two boxes.  Really petty and not taking responsibility for their poor work.  Don't expect good packing--you will be very disappointed.

Went to overnight a package - the gal put in the most expensive method first.  When I was questioning the other options her response was "wait I have to do this first "- before I knew, she swiped my credit card.  This store is more concerned with making money for themselves than good customer service.  Rather use the good old Post Office where I am offered reasonable options.
$99 to overnight a package to Wisconsin - it didn't need to get there first thing in the morning and SHE assumed without asking this is what I wanted.
Beware of this place - and don't be as silly as I was to hand over the credit card at the begining.
