I started going here a couple of years ago.  The level of Customer Service that I have received here has always been extremely high.  I stopped going in because I found a store closer to home and was buying online.  The stores closer to me never seemed as knowledgeable as they do here.  The other stores that I've been to never really had a consistent selection either or they didn't open when they were scheduled to do so.  The people here are very nice, always willing to help, and make suggestions.  Their selection of flavors is solid and they have never pointed me in the wrong direction.

Best shop around. I have been multiple times and never had any issues. The staff there is great helped take the time to set me up and find a juice I liked. Even took the time to show me how to fix it if I broke it. I will recommend everyone I know to them. Great products very friendly and nice. Keep up the good work guys I will be coming back alot

I find the staff at The Vape Pad really  helpful and personable. Everytime I shop there I feel the staff truly desires to help me find the product best suited for my tastes, and takes all the time needed to assist me, in finding it. They do this by having a depth of knowledge  about all the products they sell, as well as the Vape culture, and regulations. The result of this, is that I feel, that every purchase I make is not only the best product for me, but also the best product available.

Awesome shop. Very high quality products, and customer friendly owners. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality product with High quality service and especially for someone looking to get into vaping and doesn't know much . They will help you get started and take care of you .

The customer service has always been the best around area. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to help. They also have a good selection of products.
I highly recommend the Vape pad 💨 
The shop is very welcoming to everyone 😊
