I have nothing but good to say about this store - both managers I've met, Jasmine and Ashley (I hope I got her name correctly) are fantastic, they always want to help, they do not make you buy however help you choose and it makes both myself and my wife want to visit this store more and more! Thank you for doing such a great job, ladies, you rock!

Just called up there and the lady told me it would take too long for her to check the largest rug they have in stock. She said they are having a sale and it would be too much for her to do. Fortunately I use to work at a Pier One and this is not Great Customer Service. They should be mindful of what they say because you never know whose listening.

Let me begin by saying, I love Pier 1. However, this store, in particular, needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The manager of this location is an older lady who seems very unhappy in her personal life and brings her troubles to the store. She is very unfriendly, hates customers who ask for assistance. I was trying to buy a table from them and one of the guys who worked there was helping me lift it out the door. She walked to the guy and told him to let me lift it alone in case it gets scratched. 
I would not recommend for anyone to go to this location and deal with this lady. Go to the location in Pasadena or Columbia instead. Hopefully, they will greet you with a smile, because I promise, this old lady won't.

Ok....I thought I was the only one who hated this store because of this same woman! I was buying a mosaic vase and tried to engage in conversation with her and she just totally brushed me off with an attitude. I assumed she was having a bad day so I dismissed it but I'm glad someone noticed it as well and I'm not imaging things...Pier 1 if she does not show respect to customers people definitely will not want to shop at that location anymore which I don't! Your products are too expensive to deal with BS customer service! I shop at the Bowie location now.
