Honestly, this place isn't as bad as the reviews would lead you to believe. Most of them aren't actually about the food! The Wing Experience is operated by Smokey Bones restaurants, so be aware if you're picking up that you'll probably find a Smokey Bones. They really don't make that clear. I just ordered 2-dozen wings via UberEats. My order was done reasonably fast, and they put paper between flavors to keep them from mixing. If you like spicy food, stop at the Extra Hot. The Scorpion Buffalo wings were definitely spicy but didn't really have any other flavor. Overall, pretty good. Not the best wings I've ever had, but definitely on par with Buffalo Wild Wings or similar. I would recommend them as a late night snack when you don't want to leave the house.
We are visiting from Wisconsin and wanted wings, but My husband found a fly in his drink not to happy actually quite disgusting, tried calling the place and nobody answered. Not happy at all. If they let a fly in his drink I wonder what else happens there.
I ordered off Uber eats not knowing what to expect but in so glad i did. You get your money’s worth. The portions are more then generous and the food is AMAZING. I ordered the xtra hot Buffalo/ scorpion Buffalo wings and wow it didn’t disappoint. They were both rich in flavor and had a generous amount of sauce, there wasn’t a dry spot. The scorpion wings were super spicy, but they were enjoyable. Also, the blackberry lemonade was to die for, the perfect amount of sweet. The order came with so many fries all of which were good, they could just use a little salt. Overall, I give this a 10/10 I’m still thinking about the wings and it’s the next day.
I usually don’t even do still like this but I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give them 0. Don’t order from here the customer service is terrible and the wings are horrible and the food is not worth it. Taste like it was fried in old oil, dry no flavor, even the sauce that came with it taste like it’s been in a fridge for a while. So disgusting!
Drove miles to get to the wing experience. Arrived and discovered smokey bones instead. EVEN if it was somehow inside a already existing restraunt. That's just terrible. We wanted an experience. Well we got it....never again.
The wings we ordered would be worth the price, however we paid for 24 and only received 20. The sweet potato fries tasted good but were cold by the time they were delivered, which to be fair is somewhat common with delivery. Overall a positive experience, but disappointed with the price paid for an incomplete order.
Ordered through uber eats and was pleasantly surprised. There was so many flavors to choose from! I ordered the smoked wings and they were amazing! I will definitely be ordering more and trying new flavors.
I ordered $80.00 worth of chicken wings for a group of us. The wings were dry and small. The fries had a hair in them and they were some burned one's. Words cannot explain the entire issue. Don't spend your time or money here. TERRIBLE.... The Publix wing's are 10 times better!
DoorDashed an $38.00 plus order of one 16 pcs. Wings and one side of fries and only received two sides of fries and no wings and tried to call them and they picked the phone but never talked. The most expensive side of fries I have ever have never again.
All the special flavors. You can only get those through DoorDash or GrubHub. Don’t make a trip and think you’re going to get those flavors. Just a waste of time! They don’t mention that on the site! If they do it is not clear! Even if they don’t deliver to your hotel.
