Who knew there was still a Pizza Hut with a dining room still open, well this one is yet there's not service, you order in the counter and sit yourself in the dining room, I must say the pizza was very good and the dining room was very well kept clean and decorated for Christmas.
Gave it 2 stars for the “young at heart” woman who is still showing up to work and is doing the best she can at the front taking orders. The pizza is awful, but my son has Autism and he wanted to eat here. The place has a strange musty odor that makes the whole experience a lot worse, but at least the bathroom was clean.
The Pizza I ordered taste like they got it from Little Caesar’s and reheated it up and gave it to me. I didn’t appreciate that at all and the medium wings I ordered didn’t have any sauce.
Great pizza and breadsticks, it was the Pizza Hut quality I was expecting.. I just wasn’t happy that the price I was told on the phone didn’t match what I had to pay at the counter. I was not supposed to be charged for extra cheese, I didn’t even want it but was told over the phone it would be free and at the counter they charged me an extra $2.00. I told the manager to modify it down please and she wouldn’t. I should have payed by phone instead of in person to lock my agreed upon price in.
First issue was that the app would not work. Kept getting a "something went wring" message. Callled the number and got left on hold. We hung up and got a call back immediately from a call center. Placed our order and waited. And waited.... Order was taken to the wrong address, then finally brought to our hotel but was attempted to be delivered to front desk even though our room number was one the order. The people at the front desk said they did not order pizza. So, the pizza was apparently on the way back to the store. We called the number again, and nobody answered. We hung up and got another call back. Finally got our food and the ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG!! Not to mention, lukewarm by that time. Pizza toppings were close but wrong on both pizzas, breadsticks were supposed to be cheese bread and one of the drinks was wrong. Did I mention the bits of cardboard on my pizza? What the hell? Love Pizza Hut but this was just ridiculous. Gave 2 stars onstead of 1 because on one more call back, the woman who answered was very apologetic. As of time of writing this review, still waiting for a correct pizza and cheesebread to be delivered....almost 2 hours after this mess started.
This place is a life saver as it opens late to midnight. The server was very tired to get our orders but I respect her welcoming and friendly attitude. The food was well cooked and tasty.
Sadly, we did not find the pizza to be any good. It lacked flavour, which was a shame. Also, what they class as chicken wings is very different to what the British would call them. We were given chucks of chicken breast. From the pictures online this seems normal.
Trash! Prices are so high you're better off cooking at home or ordering pizza from another market. They also don't honor any online coupons at this location either.
Tried to get lunch with my mom. The dining area was open but was given attitude when asked if we could sit in there. Ordered a gluten free pizza allergy and a small pizza. Waited for about 20 minutes when they called me back up to the register and informed us they were out of the gluten free crust. Meaning one person in our group couldn't eat at all. When told we were canceling our whole order then and going elsewhere we were told that the other pizza was already made so they couldn't refund that but would gladly refund the gluten free pizza. When told fine cause we were hungry and now needed to find a new place to eat, they started the lengthy procedure of refunding my money back. Once that was done, we were told to wait cause the other pizza wasn't done yet. So we had to wait for the small regular pizza to be finished even though they originally said it was already done and why the couldn't cancel and refund our whole order. Would not recommend this location and would rather drive a further distance to a different pizza hut if it means better service.
Great Pizza Hut. The waiter, Wayne, was funny and fast. We ordered some special request all of which were fulfilled perfectly. Food was great, the kids loved the kid's pizza and we our large ones. We would come back at once!
