Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Typically this location is short of staff, however, today there were four staff people and yet there were only three customers in the line waiting to order and they took a ten minutes before they someone came to the front counter to take an order. The staff also was doing a lot of horseplay and using profanity; very unprofessional. The food was freshly cooked to perfection and the dining room was clean, as well as the floors in the establishment.

Popeyes’ fried chicken is awesome and this unit is one which follow the pattern. The cleanliness must be improved. Went on a Sunday night and it was very dirty.

Tried to go one time and no one ever took our order after waiting for a while, didn't even come on to say "hold on" or anything. Tried again a second time and again waited a long time for someone to take the order even though no one was in line or inside the store. Finally got the food home and opened it up to see they gave me a whole tablespoon of macaroni.

Let me preface this by mentioning that I gave this place TWO opportunities to give me a decent impression. But both times I was let down. Lets start with the first time. The first time, I had attempted to order a tenders combo and a chicken sandwich combo through Uber Eats. The Uber driver called me to let me know that once they got there, the employee informed them that the tenders were out of stock. Why did it take the driver arriving all the way there to notify me of a missing product? Why couldn’t the Popeyes employees contact me directly instead of wasting me and my drivers time? No worries I no guess, must be a fluke or something. My order was cancelled and I was informed to place a new order which I do so. But this time, the restaurant cancelled my order after I attempted to order a 4 piece chicken combo instead. OKAY BUDDY, IF YOU DONT HAVE THAT TOO, WHY COULDNT YOU JUST TELL ME YOU ONLY HAVE CHICKEN SANDWICHES? Popeyes sells 3 main chicken items, tenders, sandwiches, and regular chicken. IF THE STORE IS MISSING 2 OF THE 3, THEN SAY WHAT YOU HAVE INSTEAD OF MAKING ME GO THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR AND WASTING MY TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU DONT HAVE. I gave up on Popeyes that day for this whole thing experience wasted me about 45 minutes of time. So let’s talk about part 2. This time, a couple of days later, I ordered a tenders combo and a sandwich combo again and surprise surprise, the same behavior once again. My extremely kind driver arrives and patiently tries to settle the same type of issue again, in which the Popeyes employee notifies her ONLY as she ARRIVED that they do not have chicken sandwiches. Okay cool, no problem. They said they’ll replace the chicken sandwich with something else. That works right? No. Because upon arrival, the mashed potato’s I ordered with my tenders combo was turned into fries instead, and the two sauces I ordered with my tenders? Also non-existent. Thanks, I’ll just eat my fried chicken dry I guess. So moving onto the replacement item for the chicken sandwich that they didn’t know have in stock: they replaced it with the same tenders combo order per my request, except it ALSO came with fries and no sauce. But here’s the kicker: I chose sprite with the chicken sandwich combo I originally ordered but was told that it was out of stock, but instead of giving my replacement for that order a sprite, they gave me coke??? There’s no way these employees are this mindless… right? Naturally, one would assume that since if item is getting replaced because it’s out of stock, the choice of soda should still remain the same… right? There’s no way this place is still open and fulfills Popeye’s franchise standards. Shut this place down and lay off these brain dead employees.

Horrid! We can see why the place was empty. Order took 17 minutes to get food and even then it was incorrect. There were a few people who came in and good food to go. The service team seemed like they didn't want to be there. The only saving grace was the older lady that was holding the place together. She was very polite and gave service with a smile. You could sense she was frustrated working with the team she had. ...and yes, needed four drinks to wash down one bite of the buscuit.

Absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been too. I am a huge Popeye fan so I gave them 3 changes by coming here since it is the closest location to me but Literallyyyyyy all 3 times, it has been a disaster. Drive through does not work. Ever. Then, when the employees see someone pull up, they hide in the back, second, when I ordered something, they say it is either not available or still frozen. One night I came by around 7pm and they told me they were closed for the day. The food they service you is stale. Fries are never fresh. I can go on for days about how horrible this location is. Don’t waste your time and go to another location.

Do not order doordash at this restaurant. Spent 10 min saying hello and excuse me and i was being ignored by them. One lady that was suppose to be running the front was outside chit chatting. The other was on her phone. And manager did nothing. Did not have order ready. Need to hire employees willing to work and not being doing what they are doing.

Horrendous service. We walked in and were the only customers there. All the staff moved around the back like zombies. There were none on the front counter. One was asleep at a dining table. We were blanked by al for 15 minutes at which point I asked if they were serving to which I got a curt reply of "we're busy" Can't comment on the food as we, naturally, walked out. Worst service I've received in any Popeye's or for that fact any restaurant, fast food or otherwise.

Just don't go here, for real. This place is horrible, from the costumer service to waiting, and food. Just go somewhere else, seriously. You'll thank me later. Nothing fast, nice, or clean about this place. Order placed at 1:15pm got here at 1:30pm and leaving at 2:10pm. Also was accused of receiving my order, looks like my order was given to someone else. Yeah, seriously don't go here.
