You know you read the reviews and still you will give them a chance and I am so glad I listened. I called to just get information and they were the rudest people I have ever met. This is a garbage company!!!! They offer different ways to make payments but then they lose the payment and make no effort to track it down they just say its not our problem its your fault when they already sent a confirmation email stating the payment posted SMH! Veronica the representative we extremely rude and hung up on me. I wish reputable companies such as rooms to go would use more reliable financing companies as this also reflects badly on them. I'm extremly disappointed with these people!

Worst financial company will really delay alot of payment for u and they Will keep taking late fund fees even if its not ur mistake bad customer services bad auto payment system

Customer service is Trash. Mo explanation They stole 2 Refunds that were never credited back to the account. THIEVES. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE. NEVER AGAIN! Low low customer rep assistance. Plus 30% interest . Will be closing account right after this. Trash 100 percent. Don't get an account with them, they will get you good. Garbage company Sherry name of customer service has no manners AT ALL. Keeps ignoring everything I was trying to describe and explain terrible. Cant wait to close the account 24 hours for closing and will never ever ever reopen 1 in my life.

IF I COULD GIVE THESE PPL A -1000000000000000000 RATING I WOULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. IF YOU EVER GET A CAR AND GET FINANCED THROUGH THESE PPL PLEASE I BEG YOU FIND ANOTHER WAY AND RUN FAR AWAY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
