Called around 8 in the morning, was told someone would be over by noon. After 6 in the evening a technician shows up to put in refrigerant and does not check for leaks in any way. Charges 500$ plus 100$ "after hours fee". The only way to avoid this never before mentioned after hours fee is to pay for an additional 200$ visit another day and therefore lose another 100$. Less than a month later the refrigerant has leaked again since the problem was not managed as it should have been. Contract them at your own risk. This business is abysmal.

Just as others have said - price was reasonable, but where they exceeded was with service. Dustin was extremely helpful and worked beyond expectation to get my issue resolved in a super timely manner. Other companies I've had do work send out junior techs but Dustin knows what he is doing and I have full confidence in their work. I would definitely recommend this company in the future if you want a fair price and awesome work.

My experience with Tiger was fantastic - from the people at the office to the guys that came to my house. The products they recommended are performing exactly as promised. I highly recommend them!

These guys are very professional and their customer service is exceptional. If you're not satisfied, they will make it right. They know their stuff as well. I was having a problem with one room being too warm during the summer and cold during the winter, and they fixed that perfectly. They also stuck to their guns when recommending the right kind of furnace for my house. Another company underbid them by suggesting a furnace that would not have worked well for the size and configuration of my house. Now my home is always comfortable. The heating and cooling takes place gradually, without the short bursts of hot or cold air. Thanks Tiger!

Shaun came over to fix a leaking toilet and the clean-out pipe in a tight crawlspace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable (15 years experience). I would use Tiger again and recommend them to others!
