I had Joe come out last night after getting a quote from One Hour Rooter saying they had to line the whole main sewer pipe for $8500.  After Joe inspected it with the camera, it showed that roots were close to the street.  He then called the city for me to find out if they plan on doing sewer work when they put in my curbs.  He saved me thousands of dollars and is helps the home owners and not a scammer.  I truly appreciate what he did and will highly recommend him to anyone.  I say forget the corporate companies and support people like Joe and his company.   Thank you so much Joe.

On 4/24/15 - I contacted JMJ sewer for a blockage in my Roseville home sewer line and was very pleased with their courteous and professional care to resolve the issue in a timely manner.  Joe and John made numerous attempts to clear the blockage before ultimately having to dig the sewer line up. Before excavating Joe worked nonstop with the city and utility companies to map out the path of the sewer line.  JMJ sewer made sure to accurately trace the sewer line path and the location of the blockage before safely digging to correct the issue.   Once the blockage was removed, they performed numerous clean outs to ensure my line was clear of any obstructions. The overall cost was very reasonable for the amount of time and work they had to perform to correct the issue.  Their professionalism and attention to details made for a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend JMJ sewer to anyone looking for an honest and caring company at a reasonable price, they were awesome!

I had previously gone with two plumbers off of recommendation for sewer cleaning and neither were thorough nor did they fix my problem!  After a lot of shopping around I eventually settled on JMJ...and I'm happy i did!

I worked with Joel, and the fiber optic scope he had was a godsend.  After having two horrible experiences beforehand, it gave me the peace of mind knowing that my basement wasn't going to flood again.  He was very nice in explaining what was going on and the most important thing was it made sense and I knew I wasn't getting ripped off again. If you shop around like I did, you'll find the prices are fair; they're local; and a good company to work with.

We had previously had a sewer backup removed by another company, but we had no explanation as to what caused the backup or when it might happen again. We called JMJ to inspect our line. Joe arrived on time and took the time to explain what he was doing and walk us through the camera inspection. We were able to see with our own eyes that the line was clear and the previous clog was probably due to a paper towel backup and not a recurring tree root problem. We highly recommend JMJ Sewer Services.

Upon recommendation of a general contractor, we used JMJ to check sewer pipes, blow out roots and recommend if repair and/or lining would be necessary.  We expected the problem would require an expensive dig out repair.  But since they found no pipe collaps and only roots had penetrated the pipe joints, they recommended a more economical choice to clean out roots every 6 months.  I couldn't be happier.  They will be my go to plumber for any future needs.  They were honest, affordable, professional, friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly.  An A+ recommendation.
