I've gotten a truck from uhaul and that rental went perfectly fine. 
I got a pick up truck from here. They did I walk around the truck like they are supposed to. But we never checked the inside for the mileage and for the gas. returned it and I couldn't pay it all due to my pay check being late. They said all I had to do was sign a promising note about paying the amount i had left. I said that's fine I can pay it once I get my check. 
I got my check. And I was attending to my more important bills. I had exactly 42.36 left in my bank after all the bills. And they took out exactly that amount. I call the customer service and get told that  I was supposed to be informed about a late fee. And I never was. They said they can possibly refund me $30. But how is that fair to me when I wasn't informed about a late fee ????

Best customer service possible. !!!!! Awesome. !!!! Clean, well kept trucks and storage facilities. #A1 . we use them regularly.always satisfied. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! They work very hard here to be the best, not for just truck rentals. They have a great storage facility with really good rates. They gave me my first month rent free since I rented a U-Haul through them. U-Haul process was very quick and easy. I used my credit card to avoid the $100 cash deposit since I used night drop and did not want to come back for my refund. Even though this is the first year they've had U-Hauls, they know what they're doing!!  It was very convenient. All around: great experience. I highly recommend this location, just don't get them confused with the location that was shut down on Watt last year because this location, its staff, and the facility is awesome.

From the lady who took my reservation to the girls I got the truck from and the one who answered my questions concerning my final bill were absolutley awesome!!!
