I personally just started banking with Timberland. So far I am very impressed.

They treated us with disrespect and were acting like we were trying to lie to them about a fraud that happened on our account.

Switched to Timberland from BOA, and have never looked back. I get great rates on my checking account, ATM fees paid every month back to me, and their customer service is second to none (One number, no phone trees, instant human contact). If you're looking for a great bank, this is it.

I have been banking with them for a number of years now. For the most part all of my experiences have been very professional. With the exception of one teller, who occasionally gets up on the wrong side of the bed. I would highly recommend this bank.
