Got scolded by the ladies at the office for having a beware of dog sign in my front window because we got a young pup and he likes to jump on people. We lived in front of the playground and kids would run through our yard. We put it up as a precautionary. Then we were told that we cannot leave our dog outside unattended, yet the people that lived across from us ALWAYS left theirs outside and it would bark all the time. People would park their extra cars in the parking by the playground or the basketball hoop so people that went there had to find other parking. Our mower broke and we got a citation for our grass being 'too long' and if it was not cut by a certain date we would be charged a fee and they would mow it for us. What a joke of a trailer park. So glad we moved out of here! Move in at your own risk!

I know someone who lives here. It's a nice place. Great summer program for kids on the playground. School lunches and playtime. Kids love it.

I personally do not live in the TP, but have many friends and family that do. Great little park, small swimming pool, great clubhouse available for get together. The lot rent does seem a little high, that is why I won't live there.
