San Antonio´s only authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. Here you will enjoy simple, fresh, delicious pizza made with passion and artful skill. Doug and Lori are both zealous pizza aficionados and bring years of experience in food, wine, and hospitality to Dough. Doug graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America at the top of his class and has been in the upper echelon of cookery ever since. Thanks to Lori´s extensive background in international hospitality and restaurant/entertainment concierge service, Dough´s service and ambiance are world-class.

Great great great great great service!  The pizzas and appetizers were real good.  The food has a different unique taste.  It's a great place to hang out with friends and family.  I'm definitely going back and recommending this place.

It is a really nice place! Plenty of outside seating if you want to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful day. Our waiter was nice enough, the place seemed stuffy. Food is good, not a ton of beer selection but they have enough to cover different tastes. It is not inexpensive, so don't think you're going to get away with a cheap date. You pay for what you get.

Pizzas are made in their own very special oven. Wait staff is knowledgeable in pairing wines with their various pizzas. Come here and don’t rush. Enjoy a glass of wine as you wait for the best Neapolitan pizza in San Antonio.

Pizza is so good. You can tell they use fresh ingredients.. and the mozzarella, yummy. Our service was great and so fast, even when the restaurant seemed busy. Kids got a plate of pizza dough to play with (instead of crayons) which is a big hit. Clean restrooms.

First time here. Went straight for the pizza instead of appetizers/salads.

But they were pretty good. The only "knock" against it is a personal preference. This place takes itself way too serious. My family and I just wanted to eat, but they were trying too hard to make it feel "classy" which I'm sure is fine for a certain type of customer, but pizza is pizza and this place didn't seem like my scene.

Will come back when in a certain mood, but will stick to my regular spots for local pizza.
