Stopped in after my oil light flicked on while I was driving down the highway and I was past due for a oil change. Jorge greeted me and proceed to display the best customer service skills I've probably ever received in an auto service store. I let him know I needed an oil change and when he pointed out how worn two of my tires were I went ahead and purchased new ones since I was there and they did have 80,000 miles on them. Jorge thoroughly explained everything to me and told me he would check the alignment first before automatically adding it on. When he explained and showed me the results he noticed my USMC license plate and gave me a discount for everything. If not for the great service provided by Jorge I would have balked on the tires and waited to do it at a local garage. Customer service matters and I was pleasantly surprised to see it isn't dead.
