Came in for an alignment on 9/14 and after a 2.5 hour wait, I left with a car more misaligned than when I entered. How does one leave a car repair/service place in a worst position? Made another appointment to re-do the alignment, showed up and the alignment machine is down. I just dropped off my car for a third attempt at an alignment. Wish me luck with these incompetent people. Worst. Location.  Ever. Will find another business to service my car.

I've taken my car here about a dozen times for an oil change and the wait times are extremely long. Any time of day it's long. A couple of hours at least usually. The worst part is they do sloppy oil changes.  A lot of newer vehicles have obstructions in front of the oil drain and if you don't properly clean them after doing the oil change then your car will drip oil for days after the change. More than half of my dozen oil changes there have left puddles of oil in my garage and driveway. The guys who are doing the oil changes there either don't care or are lazy or both. Is it too much to ask that they clean around the oil drain when they're finished? Apparently so because I've mentioned it to them a few times and it still happens. No more business from me.

Website Bait and switch.  I shopped their website, found the exact tire currently on my vehicle, arrived at store, rep quoted $100 more for a different tire, when I inquired, I was told my tire was discontinued. Since their website misrepresented what was actually available I hoped the store would accommodate me. Instead the manager accepted no responsibility and refused to accommodate. This after waiting nearly 30 minutes while I watched 2 other customers walk out, one due to price and the other chose not wait any more...

This place is always short of staff. If you go for an oil change anytime of the day, they always will have an excuse that they don't have staff and the wait will be more than 4 hours. I tried early morning today. Same story!!. Once you are committed to serve customers from 7:00am to 7:00pm, be equipped with enough staff to handle the customers.
