I love the friendly atmosphere, the great workout, and the positive trainers and staff. No matter who the trainer is, the workout is always a challenge, and every workout can be modified for whatever the fitness level. The community environment keeps me motivated to keep coming back for more. I recommend Title to everyone I know!

I enjoy the overall body workout. Each class targets cardio, strength, and speed. It truly fuses cardio training of mid-distance running with the power of lifting free weights in a single session. Most importantly, the results of each workout are determined by the effort you put into each class.

My favorite place to workout. Title trainers are clearly dedicated to what they do and they care about their clients. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new challenge!

We had an active and intense work out - it was our first time too. The staff and other patrons make you feel welcome and the work outs are fun!

Quite honestly, I have always felt self-conscious in group exercise classes, but with the bags around the room, the class gives me a bit of anonymity to work out in peace, but still get the benefits of organized workout.
