Hardcore! I high five my two favorite guy friends there!😃. I love getting my workout in & feeling like a hardcore champ afterwards! Side note: I honestly do love the view of downtown when I'm on the treadmill! People watching is always amusing & interesting👍🏼😁

Great management. Super helpful in helping my wife get a workout in over the three months we will be here...Awesome location, rooftop pool, food below and they even have you necessary proteins or energy drinks if you are feeling down. Would highly recommend even though they are currently undergoing construction it is still a great gym

Iowa City Fitness has anything and everything any person could ask for. Whatever type of workout you are interested in, this gym has it and the equipment is top notch. The facilities are excellent, but the people and the management is really what puts this place above all other gyms. The owner is personable with every single member and he has an attitude that is contagious towards every person in there. The moment I saw him every day, he brightened my day and made me ready for my workout. He also was always there for me with helpful tips on how to improve certain lifts. You will not find another owner like this at any other gym. He is personally invested in each member. I lived in Iowa City for about a year and absolutely loved the town, and this gym was the part about the town I enjoyed the most.

Best gym in the area by far. Have been coming here since I was a senior in high school at a local high school and love it. Have not stopped coming here even after enrolling at the University of Iowa. Much less crowded at all times of the day than the University Recreation Center is. 24/7 access allows me to come in whenever I can even if its late after work. New owner Adam has improved the overall experience of the gym and always remembers everyone he comes in contact with in the gym. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a gym or a new gym with no waits for equipment.
