The Pilates Center of Tampa Bay is the highlight of my week! I have been taking Pilates classes there for 8 years and have to say I have enjoyed every, single class. Edie is such an inspiration along with her students who range in age from 20-70. Pilates is one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life.

I have been coming here for over 11 years. It leaves me feeling great! I love the group Pilates classes and the teaching style of the classes. No other Pilates centers in the area compare! I look forward to coming to class each week.

Pilates engages your core and is a highly effective workout for the entire body. Love it. The instructor is fantastic.

I've done a lot of workouts but I feel that Pilates (especially with the Reformer that Edie uses) is the most effective and well rounded work out. Before I was just guessing at which areas to work, now I work my whole body in one hour - and it's FUN! :)
