They missed up my nails and made me pay . They threatened with calling the cops if I didn't pay . So I paid the $50 and left 😒 My nails are side ways not straight.. they aren't even coffin shape . Not what I wanted and I got the shilak and it doesn't look good . Skin is all glued together . My two thumbs have too much powder at the bottom and less at the top looks like a wave .. worse experience was that she kept saying they look pretty... NEVER GOING BACK

The costumer service may not be the best but I never had a bad experience. This is my eyebrow place Nancy does the best brows! And I never had a problem with my pedicures or nails always what I want. I've been to other places here in Baytown and so far I only like this place.

They have 2 nail techs that they need to get rid of... I just paid $10 for absolutely nothing!

I will never go back to this place. It's a huge ripoff. I went to get my nails done July 3rd, 2017 and payed $62. It's barely been two week yet and so far two nails have already broken and 3 are cracking and chipped. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
