I will NEVER go back to this place!!  I being one of the few black clients to visit has been rushed out of Obdulia's chair when a white woman comes and complains of having to wait when I myself  has had to wait After arriving On Time because they apparently have poor time management.  I get rushed out of the chair and handed a brush or a comb to comb out or style my own Hair and still pay $65.00 JUST for a single color root touch up.  If you are a woman or man of color... do NOT visit this establishment... when push comes to shove you will be reminded of how they really feel about your patronage.  Who goes to get their hair done only to have to do it themselves in a hair salon?!?!?!  Never have i ever felt so humiliated and embarrassed as this.  Non-black patrons getting full service and im asked to go to the back and finish my hair.

I love this particular location. I have used Ana for mine and my daughter's hair cuts/styles for years, now. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and very friendly! Definitely recommend this location and stylist to everyone!

I went there for a graduated bob haircut. And the hair cut really turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for a good haircut.

I'm new to Baytown and I was in dier need of getting my hair done and I honestly didn't know where to go so I called Visible Changes today and I was scheduled the same day. I will note that if you have ethnic hair like me let them know ahead of time so they can get you with the correct stylist that can handle your hair type. I was a little late to my appointment but they still promptly got me washed and seated with a stylist. I had this wonderful lady Daniella today and she was SUPER nice and gentle with my hair, she listened to what I had to say and she did an excellent job on my hair. I definitely recommend this place!
