I had never been to this Vet Hospital but when driving by I had noticed it.  Yesterday, at 4, on a Sunday, my dog hurt her foot playing in the yard.  She was bleeding and seemed to be in shock, a toenail hanging off on her back foot.  We knew we had to get to a vet, I read reviews of several, but this clinic was open and close by, so I went.
Not too many people ahead of us, which was good.... staff was very nice and helpful.  It was clean, cold, and my dog got to see someone within 30 minutes, which I thought was reasonable on a Sunday..  The vet came out and explained exactly what was needed and then they gave me an estimate, so I was fully informed of the costs.  My dog was well taken care of and one of the staff carried her to the car for me after, since she was sedated.
My rating of 4 stars was only because of their pricing, it is $$$ IMO.  My previous vets in Hancock Park and Palm Desert were more affordable and so the charges surprised me.  if those prices had been like surge prices (Sunday, etc) maybe ok, but I think they were standard.  I would consider carefully about returning only because I’m on a tight budget, care was excellent.

If you really love your pets don't take to this place  this is my experience, I lost my dog over here the doctor ask me to pay $7000 to save my dog Wich requires a surgery I didn't have that money at that day I told them only have $3000 they agree to do the surgery for the money I have all this happen at 4:00am  3 hour later they call me to said my dog will not survive after the surgery so they suggest to put my dog to sleep they don't let me take my dog to another hospital for me it was a terrible experience I want to share about this hospital. Hope nobody have a same situation like mine.

My 6 month old border collie got bit by an insect.  We thought she was fine, but then she started to act lethargic and listless.  We took her to TLC.  She was seen in just a few minutes, and Dr. Mar was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable.   He took care of our dog, and it was affordable!
