Our kitchen garbage disposal started draining out through the washing machine drain in our basement. What a mess! Roto rooter had someone out to fix it within the hour. The technician was very friendly and helpful.
My only compliant is that it is very expensive. He unclogged the line which took him about 30 minutes and charged $400. 
However, for the convenience and friendly service, I was very happy with the result.

Diego from N Virginia Roto Rooter plumbing showed up at our door at 7pm Friday night to rescue us from a clogged toilet and after finding out the problem and giving us a quote was  willing to stay back an hour past his normal working hours until 11:30pm to fix another problem we discovered. We really appreciated it and  felt he was honest and fair about it. Invoice 16308251
