Everyone involved from the representative at Costco, the sales person Christopher Robinson and the two technicians are all efficient and courteous.  My old system was done and had no heat. Their cooperation and the quick  turnaround was amazing.
The sales person, Christopher R. after taking the measurement was very thorough in his estimate and also explained the options I have.
The two technicians, Alexander P.  and Christopher P.  came on time completed the job as scheduled, cleaned up and at the end walked me through how the new system works including the new thermostat and even connected it to the WIFI. Any questions I had was answered properly.  They were very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, polite and friendly. Overall, excellent service.

The Service Technician, Jerry B. was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. 
Jerry explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. The repair required a part to be ordered. F. H. Furr staff called to confirm the part order and date expected. One very nice thing is that the same Service Technician came back to install the part when it arrived. We were the early service call of the day and appreciated the care and prompt service because our heat might have gone out again.

Justin arrived within minutes of my repair request. He diagnosed the repair quickly and replaced the part. He noticed another badly worn part that was about to fail and did fail when he removed it for replacement. He was clear and easily understood. He showed the failed parts. The furnace was back to full function in minutes. I would be delighted to have Justin do all my furnace repairs.

As the owner of an investment property, I had a bad experience with a property management company. So I decided to go it alone, and check out the competitive price situation on any products and installs I would need, on my own. I started with Costco, and ended with Costco. I needed to have the central A/C system replaced. First I checked with my sister and a friend whether the price quoted by this Costco contractor was reasonable. Both said yes, go for it. It's a great price. So I gave these guys the go-ahead.
Everything went smoothly. Thanks, gentlemen.

The entire process was quick and painless. We didn't have to sit and listen to a long drawn out sales pitch. Mr. Jackson was clear and straight to the point. He laid out the options and explained what each had to offer. All we had to do was make a decision based on what was going to meet our needs. In addition, we were offered a variety of finance options to choose from. We were very pleased with the outcome and looking forward to having our new system installed.
