Our chef was unenthusiastic. The food was okay, with undercooked rice and blah veggies, chicken, and steak. We thought we would get a bit of a show, but the chef walked out, asked how we liked our steak, then quickly made the food and left. The only reason they got any stars at all is the waitress was attentive and the table next to us had a different chef who actually was entertaining.

This Japanese Steak House is pretty decent for the location being on the same street as the hotel we were staying at. At first glance of the menu there was a little sticker shock from the slightly high prices but turned out that out of all 8 of us at the table every single one of us had enough food left over for lunch the next day, so in our case the price we paid was pretty much for 2 good meals each. I have had better at certain Japanese Steakhouses but this one was still pretty good. The cook and staff was pretty friendly and I really have no complaints. I would visit again if in the area and hungry for Japanese.

Always a good experience here.  I often come with my family for birthdays and the service and food are always top notch. Highly recommended.

Good food. Large portions. The table side chef did not put on much of a show and kind of seemed upset to be cooking for us. To me, the showmanship of the chefs is a huge part of the appeal of a place like this. The chef that cooked for the table behind us was doing a much better job.
