Neal's GOT the DEALS!! I have bought by last three cars from Neal and always had exceptional service!  Great price! Treated like a valued customer.  Recently I moved to Milwaukee and was ready to buy the 2018 Accord.  After shady negotiations with two different Milwaukee dealerships I finally thought I'm just going to call Neal!  Neal had the car I wanted on the lot, at a better price than I could get in Milwaukee! I called him late in the afternoon on a Friday, we did the paperwork by email and text on Saturday and he delivered the car to me in Madison on Saturday.  Talk about above and beyond service.  Four cars from this man since 2009!  I'm never even going to look elsewhere because NEAL'S GOT THE DEALS!!!

I had an issue with my older Honda Accord (best/most reliable car I have owned) and Chris Leitz worked to get me in quickly. The issue was resolved in timely manner and I was kept informed along the way. The excellent service the team provides is honestly what keeps me coming back. I know that when the time comes I will be purchasing a Honda again so that I can continue getting the excellent service your team provides!

Jake a salesman with a name tag stating since 2018 clearly showed me what customer service truly meant to him.....Nothing. He told me to leave and go elsewhere if I felt other places had better deals and left my friend and I standing in the parking lot and never returned. I drove an hour to come here for a vehicle that ended up being sold but I don't understand why he wouldn't offer other cars or options. Instead he dismissed us. We ended up leaving. Thanks for reminding me once again why I hate dealing with car salesmen.

Love how awesome the staff are. Welcoming friendly and helpful beyond expectations. Just purchased a car. Banged up my bumper a bit losing a couple clips right before my appointment to get it rust proofed, they hammered out my bumper and found a couple clips to make it look nicer than it did.

This was my first ever stress free car purchase.  My sales person "Neal" was very honest with exceptional customer service.  It was worth the long drive down from the twin cities. Thank you for the great price on my brand new car!!
