I got to deal with a lady by the name of Lora youngmark. First of all I have to say.. what an outstanding woman. She cares a great deal for the customers, and even though I wasn't able to get the camper I was hoping for she was still there step by step to make sure if I was going to purchase a camper that I would have bought one that not only I'd love but one that would suit my every need flawlessly. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future! Outstanding job Lora! Keep up the good work. 5 stars from me

We have been looking for a camper since last year and didn't find one that we like  that was in our budget. Went to 5 other places but never stopped at universal marine and RV. Checked them out on the web and found they had some good deals on carry overs from 2017.I was surprised that they were so reasonable being that it was  in Rochester so why not check them out. I gave them a call and talked to Herb Howard to make sure they had some in stock. The next day we took a look and Herb was very helpful and not pushy. He asked us what we wanted and needed out of a camper and didn't try and sell us something that we didn't want or need. Jake came in and ran some numbers that fit our budget that we wanted and 2 weeks later we came to pick up our new camper.    Thank you Herb and Jake          First time customers

LOVE Universal!! Seriously the best place to buy and service your RV! This is the second RV we bought from Universal. We did a lot of shopping (a year and a half to be exact) and even shopped in California. Universal had the best prices and the best personnel! The whole team is easy to work with, friendly and made the whole process EASY!! Thanks Dave Marquez and Jake for making our dreams come true!! Best part is that when you buy from Universal you become family!

One price dealership, fair prices, with a very customer centric way of doing business. Special care / appreciation is given to those who serve and who have served. Calls / emails are returned promptly. No sales pressure is applied to customers. We purchased our 5th wheel three weeks ago and will take delivery in April. So far our experience with Universal has been outstanding and I expect that it will continue to be through delivery.

Great customer service.  Care for the customer's needs rather than making a sale.  Duane was fantastic; helpful, honest, interested in us as customers.  Highly recommended RV and/or boat dealer.
