Lupient GMC was extremely easy to work with and their friendly staff were accommodating to our entire family. From the moment we stepped into their building (their front desk attendant greeted us and opened the door for us in a ice storm) we were treated like family. Their professional staff were extremely transparent about the buying/trading process and encouraged us to look at a variety of options for our family's needs.One of their employees took it upon himself to find us the vehicle we wanted with even lower miles on it. 
  We were extremely pleased with the turn out and we will definitely continue to service our vehicles and do business with Lupient GMC in Rochester. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Al from Lupient GMC was very helpful with the whole process of  purchasing our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable with all questions we had and made the buying process very simple. We had a very rough couple weeks and was able to work with us to get us a great deal and even was able to let us bring the vehicle home a little earlier due to our situation. Pretty sure they stayed past their shifts to help us and never rushed us. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I came in to trade off a 2017 Subaru Outback. I am extremely pleased with my experience at this dealership. Scott Schmidt was an amazing sales consultant. We found a great deal on a 2017 GMC Acadia. This is my second purchase in less than a year at this dealership.  The whole car buying experience was great compared to other dealership experiences in the past. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a gmc or any other brand so they can persuade you. Haha!

We worked with Austin and never felt pressured once. Brent the sales manager was also awesome. I felt like all our questions were answered and they gave us the time we needed to make the right decision for us. We feel like we received the best quality and service for our money!
