My husband and I have bought our wedding rings and several items from Tom and his employees – we are always treated with great respect no pressure and he was completely fine with us taking as much time as needed to make our decision even left without a purchase several times only to come back a year later and still treated great even though we had not purchased and only "window shopped" in the past. The employees have stayed late for me to try on different pieces and I have always come in wearing dirty cowboy boots and jeans and my husband in his work clothes and never felt anything but professional courtesy and top-notch customer service. We have moved from Enumclaw and I will drive an hour to get to Tom's store for any jewelry purchases we make! This is the only store my husband and I will buy jewelry or watches from . I hope others will make sure to shop this quality store and have the same experience I always have. -Susan Kilcup

We went in yesterday to ask them if they could verify a ring was authentic for the buyers security. The manager there was extremely rude. She told us we probably faked the appraisal that THEY gave us, without even looking at it. My husband told them he was sorry we came in and she said "well i never asked you to come here". The other lady there told her she is a rude woman. Im shocked and I will never go back.

I visited Tom Poe Diamonds for the first time ever. And although I am born and raised 35 years in Enumclaw and prefer to spend my money in my own community, I will never spend a dime or visit Tom Poe Diamonds again. What I believe is the owner was INCREDIBLY rude, condescending, smug and over all made me feel unwelcome in his store. If you feel like I am wasting your time then tell me you can't help me but DO NOT talk to me like I'm stupid. After all YOU are the professional. Not me. I recommend anyone go anywhere else besides Tom Poe Diamonds. I am certain you will be treated with more respect and perhaps a little thing called customer service!
