The pharmacy manager is amazing, well educated and very sweet. Several of the techs are just plain rude. I feel incredibly uncomfortable when I see them. I feel like they are very judgemental and just not friendly. I stay because of the pharmacy manager.

Incompent Location. My fiancé went to pick up her medicine, which she's been needing because of intense anxiety, and the floater there did not have the lockbox/c2 keys. and no one in the front could help with it either. Utterly Ridiculous. Cant even have someone pick up the medicine for you either, unlike other stores.

Pharmacy is the worse,rude when they talk with customers they ignoring you  pretending they are busy, out of medication most of the time they don’t even smile or greeting. Good location they need a better pharmacy crew.

The pharmacist and the tech provided excellent service at this location. I had an issue trying to fill this prescription due medication being unavailable. They were very patient with me and explained the pricing and availability. They helped me locate the item at another area pharmacy and transferred the prescription. Thank you!

Glad to see Lauren is back  but the pharmacy has gone down hill they are all slow and rude. They have no   organization skills they can only do one prespricition at a time and it takes them 30 min to do just one.  They have no training of the assistance that cant even transfer a phone call.  They leave  assistant in there alone while the pharmacist gives shoots. This is not the same pharmacy it was six months ago.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. They are great. They are caring and go above and beyond to help resolve issues with insurance. Lauren, Alem, and David are the staple employees that make this pharmacy one of a kind. I drive from Rockwall to this location. I won’t ever change pharmacies. This is a rare pharmacy that you don’t find anymore. They know your name and face when they see you. They are always friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had a problem that they couldn’t fix.

I shop at this grocery store every few days and haven't used the pharmacy til a couple days ago. I had a prescription to pick up for my son and daughter that I had sent directly here and went the same day to check up on the medicine for my daughter. The male pharmacist with glasses I'm sorry I didn't get his name showed me how expensive it was going to be due to my deductible but gave me some great suggestions on researching coupons/rx discount plans online. I left, called my kid's doctor, and asked for a generic version rx to be sent back to pharmacy. I came back a day after that and the price was much easier to stomach with the generic and the same pharmacist from the first visit managed to get the price down *much more* with a discount card from goodrx.com!! I'm *so* grateful to this pharmacist for this info and helping research/navigate the medicine coupons out there! Thank you!!

I used to work here, thinking it would be safe since they installed many sanitization policies. They disinfect the carts and baskets. They disinfect the self checkout, they take every employees temps, every employee wears a mask, and they installed those plastic barrriers at the registers.  BUT, even tho there is signs every where stating 'per government order, masks are required to enter' so many people ignore the signs and come in maskless. They are walking health hazards. I would hand out free ones, because some people do forget, but I've gotten cussed out multiple times when I politely ask, "sir/miss do you have a mask you can put on please?" One man cornered me and got in my face spitting mad, saying he didnt have to wear a mask, only employees do. NOT TRUE. Whenever I find a manager and let them know there's a maskless person in the store, I'm told to leave them alone and just stay away from them. PLEASE PEOPLE WEAR YOUR MASKS! You are endangering everyone around you. Or order home delivery if you have a "condition" that prevents you for wearing one. I am currently not working there because I possibly came into contact with a maskless person who had covid. I feel awful. If you care about your health, please avoid this store or order deliveries.

The pharmacy there is near rude she doesn’t know how to answer the phone or answer any questions when I asked the price of my medication she gonna say oh if you receive a text message you should see it there with a attitude if I had to come up there I will ask for her supervisor cause she needs to be outta there

The pharmacist was very nice but the lady at the counter was slow, rude and unprofessional. I like the store location and personnel but because I don't want to interact with her again I will be shopping at another location when I need my next refill.
