Costco Pharmacy in West Plano has steadily declined in service. More often than not, they do not have prescriptions ready at the time promised. Even more disturbing is that they are still not ready when returning hours later. I still have to wait or return a 3rd time to pick them up. at least a 1/3 of my recent prescriptions are not completely filled because they are low on the drugs. I have to return. I cannot remember the last time I showed up only once when trying to pick up a prescription. I will be moving all of them to CVS. Unless you have to go here or have lots of time to wait or come back, find another pharmacy.

Great pricing, but Loretta the pharmacist is just a pill counter and really has no clinical experience or knowledge.  If you expect any help or expertise with your prescription and like to ask questions be prepared to be disappointed.  Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.
