I have been to this lake with my family. I have no complains. I think they do a  good  job on accommodating people. Why people give negatives? Don't know. If you are looking a luck of luxury this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a fine time this is pretty decent.

The lake itself is okay nothing special for the price they charge. I went on a day there wasn't many people it was calm and relaxing for the most part. The life guards made a big deal blowing the whistle at women with her kid on the children's side (which was marked closed for some reason), but no one seen what the issue was being they paid $20 a peice to get in, the women was clearly managing the situation it would have been better for them to go talk to the women instead of blowing the whistle for 5 minutes disturbing everyone being the place wasn't crowded. I think the also stopped people from playing frisbee or with a beach ball on the sand, which I guess is being precautions. I didn't see how much there food or rides costed but it seems like it would add up alot per person but if your going with alot of people to throw a party and brought everything with you i guess you could have a better time.

The water park was fun. Kinda pricey. But it was nice.

So we won the tickets from some raffle and today we went so when we get to the line to show them our tickets my kids were to small to do the water rides. And then we were asking the lady questions and she had no answer. The only stuff that was nice was the girl who was doing the  Swan Boats. The good was terrible. U cant have a radio on the beach. The fun we had was the paddle boats and bumper boats. I wouldn't go here again.
