Never again!!  I was told a queen size comforter and 2 pillow shams would be $35.  When I picked them up I was charged $49!!  It took 5 days!  When I got them home the pillow shams looked horrible, they looked like they were left in a pile then just thrown inside the folded comforter!!  They were terribly wrinkled as was the comforter.  I had to iron the shams and hang the comforter on a rack to steam the wrinkles out.  They did offer to have me bring them back.  I said NO!!  I had guests coming that evening for the weekend and didn't have time for them to keep everything for who knows how long!!

The prices and service are great. However, they are rarely open at 8:00 am, as advertised. The location is convenient for me on my drive to work in the morning, but, more often than not, they are not open at 8:00 am. I'll wait for 10-15mns - sometimes they open within that time frame. This morning (3/16/16) was a classic example of not being open after waiting for 15mns. If I have nothing to do, I'll wait; however, I have to get to work. Instead, I dropped off my stuff at a rival across the street.

I have been here twice- they run great deals and the woman who runs the place is very friendly and polite. I'm always really happy with the service
